Ingredients :
Rice - 1 cup
Onions chopped - 1
Carrot chopped - 1/4 cup
Green peas - 1/4 cup
Aloo chopped - 1/4 cup
Paneer cubes - 1/4 cup
Green chillies - 2-3
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala - 3/4 tbsp
Salt - As per needed
Mint chopped - 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
Water - 2 cups
Procedure :
First of all, in a electric rice cooker soak rice for 20min and keep it aside.
Heat oil and butter in a pan.Add onions, green chillies, ginger garlic paste and cook until the raw smell goes away.Add mint leaves, paneer, all the vegetables, salt and cook for just 2-3 min.
Now add the above mixture to rice cooker, in which the rice is soaked in a water.Add garam masala and stir the mixture well.Now plug the rice cooker and wait until the rice and vegetables are cooked.Finally garnish it with coriander leaves.
Tasty and delicious Veg Pulao is ready to eat.
