Green Peas Masala

Green peas masala is a very simple and delicious dish that goes well not only with chapati and poori but also with pulao and other flavored rice like jeera rice , ghee rice etc. Peas are very good for health , high in protein , has folic acid also which helps to maintain good health . So here comes recipe for Green Peas Masala.


Ingredients :


Green peas - 1 cup (frozen)
Onion - 1 cup (chopped)
Tomato -3/4 cup chopped

Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
Green chilli - 1
Salt as required
Butter -1 1/2 tsp + oil -2 tsp or oil- 3 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Chilli powder -1 tsp
Coriander powder -2 tsp
Jeera powder -3/4 tsp
Garam masala 1 spoon
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup chopped
Cashew nut paste - 2 spoons 

Procedure :


Boil the water and add cashewnuts to it.  After 10 min make them in to fine paste in grinder .
Heat oil , add jeera , green chilli,  ginger garlic paste  and fry them . Now add onions , turmeric ,and saute them till onions are fried . Add tomatoes and let it cook for 5 min . Now add green peas and let it cook for 10 min . Add garam masala powder , cumin and coriander powder , red chilli powder to it and mix well . Close the lid and see that peas absorb  the masala well . Add cashew nut paste and  close the lid till it boils.  Lastly add coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice

Matar Pulav

Sweet and delicious green peas(Matar) are the most nutritious green seeds.Greenpeas has low cholesterol when compared to other seeds.
The taste of green peas can be improved by adding some more ingredients to them.
So here comes the recipe for Matar Pulav


Ingredients :

Rice - 1 cup
Onions - 1 (chopped)
Green Chillies and Ginger paste - 1 spoon
Green peas - 3/4 cup
Salt - As per Taste
Chopped coriander - As per needed.
Oil - 4 spoons.
Cloves - 2-3
Cinnamon - 2 (1 inch height)

Bay leaves - 2
Cumin seeds - 1 spoon
Turmeric - 1/4 spoon
Water - 2 cups


Procedure : 

Soak the rice for 1 hour.Wash the rice and keep it aside.
Heat the oil in a pan.Add cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves,onions and ginger chilli paste.Allow it to cook for 3-4 min.Now add green peas, rice, 2 cups of water, salt and stir the mixture well.Close the pan and allow the rice to cook by keeping in medium flame.Once the rice is completely cooked, mix well and add coriander.


Matar Pulav is ready to eat.

Vada

Most popular and traditional South Indian food, Vada..!!!
We can find this item in any restaurant of South India.So here comes the recipe of vada.

Ingredients : 

Split Moong dal - 1 cup
Green chillies paste - 2 spoons
Ginger garlic paste - 3/4 spoon
Onion chopped (medium size) - 1
Curry leaves - 6-7
Cumin seeds - 1/2 spoon
Salt - As per taste
Oil - As per needed to fry the vada

Procedure : 

Soak the split Moong dal for 5 hours. Drain and keep aside 1/4 cup of the dal.Grind the remaining dal to a smooth batter.
Now add cumin seeds, onions, chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and salt to the batter.Add the soaked dal which is kept aside to the batter and stir well until the ingredients are evenly mixed.

Heat oil in a pan.Take the batter and make the vada by spreading the batter equally.Now finally deep fry them.

Traditional food, Vada is ready to eat.

Pani Puri

One of the famous  and favorite street food, Pani Puri..!!!
So here comes the recipe for Pani Puri.

Ingredients : 

Coriander - 1/2 cup
Mint - 1/2  cup
Black salt - As per Taste
Boiled chick peas - 1 cup
Green chillies - 5
Tomato chopped - 1
Cumin seeds - 1/4 spoon
Boiled and smashed potato - 1
Salt - As per Taste
Chat masala - 1spoon
Chopped onions - 1/4 cup
Puris - As per needed
Water - 2 cups
Sev - 1/2 cup

Procedure : 

Pani : 

By using a grinder, grind coriander, mint leaves, 2 Green chillies in to a fine paste.
Add the paste and black salt  into the water as per needed. Now stir the mixture well.

Curry :

First of all, smash half of the boiled chick peas and keep them aside.

Heat oil in a pan.Add cumin seeds, green chillies,  tomatoes and fry them for 2- 3min.Now add smashed potato and smashed green peas.Allow the mixture to cook for 5 min.Now add 1/4 cup of water and add the remaining boiled chick peas to the mixture.Now add chat masala and salt as per required.Cook them for 5 min and finally garnish with coriander.

First crack the top puris with the spoon. Fill the puris with chopped onions, curry and sev.Finally dip the puris in pani.

Mouth watering Pani Puri is ready to eat.

Dal Tadka

Dal Tadka is one of the famous dal which can be seen in many restaurants menu.

Ingredients : 


Toor dal - 2 spoons
Chana dal - 2 spoons
Moong dal - 3 spoons
Urad dal - 1 spoon
Moong split dal - 1 spoon
Onions chopped - 1
Tomato pulp - 3/4 cup
Ginger- 1.5 inch
Garlic - 3 pods
Green chillies 3 chopped - 3
Garam masala - 3/4 spoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 spoon
Turmeric - 1/4 spoon
Salt - As per Taste
Chopped coriander - 1/2 cup
Red chillies - 3
Red Chilli flakes - 1/4 spoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 spoon
Kasuri methi - 1/2 spoon
Amchur powder - 1/2 spoon
Red Chilli powder - 3/4 spoon
Oil - 2 spoons
Ghee - 2 spoons
Cumin seeds - 1/4 spoon
Bay leaf - 2
Cardamom - 2
Dhaniya powder - 1/2 spoon

Procedure : 


Soak all types of dal for 1 hour.In a pressure cooker boil(4 whistles) dal by adding 2 cups of water, turmeric and salt.
In a grinder grind ginger, garlic and green chillies. Now keep the paste aside.
Heat oil and ghee in a pan.Add cumin  seeds, bay leaf, cardamom, Ginger garlic chilli paste,Red chillies, dhaniya powder, chopped onions and cook it for 5min. Now add tomato pulp and cook the mixture for 10-12 min.once the mixture is cooked, add cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, kasuri methi and amchur powder.cook it for 3-4min. Now add boiled dal and stir the mixture well by adding the salt as per needed.Finally add chopped coriander.

Tasty Dal Tadka is ready to eat.

Can be served with roti, rice, jeera rice.

Soya Granules Dry Curry

Soya granules are the good source for Proteins.
So here is the healthy and easy curry which can be made in less time.

 Ingredients :

Soya granules - 1 cup
Onions - 1/2 cup
Green Chillies chopped - 5
Tomato - 1
Green peas ( frozen) -1/4 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste - 3/4 spoon
Garam masala - 1/2 spoon
Salt - As per Taste
Chopped coriander - 1/4 cup

Temper :
Oil - 5 spoons
cumin, mustard seeds - 1 Spoon

 Procedure: 

Soak the soya granules in hot water for 15 min.Squeeze out the water and keep the granules aside.

Take 5 spoons of oil in a pan and temper it. Slit green chillies, add ginger garlic paste , onions and tomatoes.Add green peas and allow the mixture to cook it for 3 min.Add granules and salt to the mixture.Allow the stuff to cook for 10 min.Once the granules are cooked, just add garam masala and stir the mixture well.Finally add chopped coriander leaves to the curry.

Healthy Soya Granules Dry Curry is ready to eat.

Goes well with Roti or Rice.

Paneer Chilli Manchurian

Paneer is soft and Chilli is hot...!!!!
So here is the recipe by mixing both the ingredients, Paneer Chilli Manchurian !!!!

Ingredients:

Paneer cubes - 1 cup
Capsicum - 1( cut them into large and slim pieces)
Onions chopped - 3 spoons
Ginger chopped - 3 spoons
Garlic chopped - 3 spoons
All purpose flour - 1/2 cup
Corn flour - 1/2 cup
Tomato sause - 3 spoons
Chilli sause(red/green) - 2 spoons
Soya sause - 3 spoons
Green chillies chopped - 5
Salt - 1/2 spoon
Water - 1/2 cup
Chopped Coriander - 1/4 cup

Procedure : 

Make batter with corn flour and all purpose flour.Add salt to the batter.Dip the paneer pieces into the batter and deep fry them.

PREARING SAUSE :
Heat oil in the pan.Add Garlic, Ginger, chopped green chilles, sliced capsicum.Cook the mixture for 3-4 min.Add tomato, Chilli and soya sause.Add water and pinch of salt to the mixture.Now add the fried paneer pieces to the above sauce and cook it for 5-6 min.Finally add some chopped onions and coriander leaves.

Tasty Paneer Chilli Manchurian is ready to eat.

Aloo Methi

Aloo Methi is a very popular dry curry that goes well with hot Rotis or phulkas, is a classic north Indian dish. It is a delicious combination of potatoes and aromatic fenugreek leaves and spices. Very easy recipe done with very few ingredients. Lets have a look..



Ingredients:

Potatoes – 2 large, peeled , cubed , boiled
Fenugreek Leaves – 1 big cup
Oil – 3 Tbsp
Ginger - 2 spoons chopped
Garlic – 3 cloves, finely chopped
Green Chilies – 4  finely chopped
Coriander Powder – 1/2 Tbsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 2 spoons
Salt – to taste
Lime juice - 1 1/2 spoon

Procedure :

Grind Green chillies,ginger,garlic and keep a side.Take a pan, put oil and add cumin seeds. Now add the grinded mixture to it and let it fry. Now add fenugreek leaves and fry them till the raw smell goes off. Add turmeric to this , later on add boiled aloo and coriander powder and salt, mix well. Close the lid for 10 min . Check in between . Switch off the stove and add lemon juice lastly.
Don't add Lemon juice when the stove is on. The curry gets bitter taste.
 serve hot it with Roti and Phulkas.

Bisibele Bath

Bisibele Bath recipe one of the most popular traditional rice-lentil-vegetable dish from the Karnataka cuisine. It is so popular that you get it so easily in the South Indian restaurants in Bangalore. You have to cook the rice, the lentil and the vegetables separately and then mix everything. well its just not mixing everything and there you go. no… there is more. the flavors and the taste makes all the difference.The main ingredient of this is Black Pepper. Grounded masala at home gives it more taste. So there is lot to know about this recipe. Lets have a look to recipe.

Ingredients :

Boiled Rice -1 1/2 cup
Yellow lentil to be boiled - 1 cup
Bottle gourd - 10 pieces
tomato - 1
Tamarind Paste - 2 spoons
Drumstick - 1 full
Yellow round cucumber - 5 pieces
Carrot (optional) - 1/2  cut to small pieces
Curry Leaves - 10
Coriander  leaves - some
Green chillies - 3
Onion - 1
Sugar - 1/2 spoon
Ghee - 1 spoon

Grounded Masala :

Cinnamon - 1 1/2 inch stick
Cloves - 3
Black Pepper  - 10-15
Grind all the above ingredients and keep it a side.


Temper :

Oil - 3 spoons
Cumin and mustard seeds - 1 spoon
Turmeric - 1/2 spoon


Procedure :

Take oil in a Pan, Temper it and add onions, green chillies , all vegetables , tamarind paste, salt and close the lid and wait for 1 whistle. Later on add boiled Lentil,water and mix well now bring it to boil. Add rice and the grounded powder and mix well. Remember the mixture should be in loose consistency, because later on that will be coming closure .Keep the cooker without the lid on the stove top and simmer on a low flame for about 10 mins. Keep on stirring often so that the       
Bisibele bath does not burn at the base.Later top it with Ghee.

Serve hot with chips or any fritters.

Paneer Tikka

Paneer Tikka is a famous and most preferred dish in Barbecue's. Most preferred Vegetarian dish during get together. This can be done on both stove and on grills. This can be easily made in home also just using some vegetables. To make this Paneer Tikka on tawa, Check out the recipe below.



Ingredients:

Marination :

 Paneer Cubes - 1 cup
 Yogurt - 3 spoons (take out the water )
 Nestle cream - 3 spoons (optional)
 Red chili powder - 1 spoon
 Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
 Turmeric - 1/2 spoon
 Lemon juice - 1 1/2 spoons
 Coriander powder - 1 1/2 spoons
 Garam Masala - 3/4 spoon
Salt - As per  taste

Veggies :

Green bell pepper cubed - 1/2 cup
Tomatoes Cubed - 1/2 cup
Onion cubed and layers separated - 1/2 cup


Skewers for skewing the Veggies and Paneer

Procedure :

Mix all the ingredients (Marination) in a bowl, and add all the veggies mentioned above and mix well. Check each and every piece should get coated well. Now put this in fridge for 30-40 min.
Take it out and put them to skewers one by one. Heat the tawa, put 1 spoon of oil and place the skewers on it and let it get cooked on one side, then turn to other side. See that every side is cooked well and fried. Now take the skewers out and make the same with remaining mixture.

Serve hot with Sauce.

Jeera Rice And Tomato Daal

One of the easiest rice recipe, Can goes well with Daal or Gravy Curry.




Ingredients for Jeera Rice:

Boiled Rice - 1 cup
Jeera - 4 Spoons
Green Chillies - 3 
Oil - to temper
Salt - As per Taste

Procedure for Jeera Rice:

Heat oil in a pan, add Jeera and Green Chillies. Now Add Rice and Salt, mix it and close the lid for 5 min. Finally add Chopped Coriander ( Optional ).

Ingredients for Tomato Daal: 

Yellow moong daal - 1 Cup
Tomatoes - 2
Onion - 1 
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Spoon
Green Chillies - 3 
Red Chilly Powder - 1/2 Spoon
Coriander leaves 
Salt - as per taste 

Temper 

Oil - 2 Spoons
Jeera and Mustard Seeds - 1 Spoon 
Turmeric - 1/4 spoon
Asafoetida - Pinch
Curry leaves - 5 

Procedure for Tomato Daal: 

Boil yellow moong daal in pressure cooker by adding two glasses of water. Wait for one whistle and remove it from cooker immediately. Make sure daal is not over cooked. Now take oil in pan and temper it. Now add green chillies, onions, ginger garlic paste and fry it. Add tomatoes, salt (as needed for tomatoes), and then cook it. Once the tomatoes are cooked, add moong daal, red chilly powder, salt and bring it to boil. Lastly add coriander leaves and switch off the flame. 

Can be served with roti, rice, jeera rice.

Mint Rice

Nothing can be replaced with the flavor of mint. So here comes the tasty mint rice which can prepared very fast.

Ingredients :

Boiled rice - 1 cup
Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
Green peas - 2 spoons
Green chillies - 3-4
Cashews - 1 spoon.
Salt - As per Taste.
Oil - 4 spoons.
Cloves - 2-3
Cinnamon - 2 (1 inch height)
Chopped Ginger - 1 spoon

Procedure : 

Add Mint leaves,2 Green chillies, Ginger in a grinder and make them into a fine paste.
Heat oil in the pan.Add cinamons, cloves, green chillies and cashews.Now add the mint paste and cook it for 5min.Add boiled rice and salt as per needed.Finally stir the rice well until the paste is evenly mixed.

Tasty Mint rice is ready to eat.

Vegetable Poha


Famous south Indian breakfast...Poha!!!
Poha can be made more healthy by adding vegetables.

Ingredients :

Flattened rice - 1 cup
Onions - 1 (chopped)
Green Chillies - 3-4
Green peas - 2 spoons
Grated Carrot - 3 spoons
Chopped Potatoes - 1/4 cup
Salt - As per Taste
Chopped coriander - 1/4 cup

Temper :


Oil - 5 spoons
cumin, mustard seeds - 1 Spoon
Curry leaves - 4-5
Turmeric - 1/4 spoon

Procedure : 

Rinse the poha in water till they soften.Once they are soften squeeze out the water and keep them aside.
Take 3 spoons of oil and temper it.Add onions, chillies, peas, carrot, potatoes ,turmeric and cook them.Once the vegetables are cooked add poha, salt and now stir until the salt is evenly spread.Finally garnish with coriander leaves.

Vegetable poha is ready to eat.

Soya sause - 1 spoon

Procedure : 

Heat oil in the pan.Add chopped garlic, vegetables and allow them to cook for 5min.Once the vegetables are cooked add schezwan sause, soya sause and stir the mixture well.Now add boiled rice and salt as per needed.Once the rice is evenly mixed finally add chopped onions and coriander leaves.

Yummy schezwan rice is ready to eat.

Mixed Vegetable Poriyal

Colorful Colorful Colorful.... Mixing all vegetables has lot of vitamins, energy and proteins. Generally most of them will be left with less quantity of each vegetables by the end of the week.. So here is the recipe for them.. Mix all the left over veg's and make a curry. Looks Colorful and very tasty also. So let's start...



Ingredients :

Mix Veg's ( Carrot, Cabbage, Long Beans, Green Peas)  - Finely Chopped 1 1/2 cups
Green Chillies - 4 
Onions - 1
Coconut (Grated) -  1 medium size cup 
Salt - As per taste
Coriander leaves -  some of leaves

Temper :

Cumin and Mustard Seeds -  1 spoon
Urad Dal - 1 Spoon
Turmeric - 1/4 Spoon

Procedure :

Take 2 spoons of oil in a pan and temper it. Add Green Chillies, Onions, Turmeric and fry them.
Now add vegetables and salt, let them get cooked. Now add coconut, mix it and close the lid for 
5 min. Add coriander and switch off the flame.

Serve hot with Rice or Roti

Baingan Matar Masala

For the spicy food lovers, here comes the most easy Baingan Matar masala curry!!!



Ingredients:


Brinjals chopped - 1 cup
Onions - 1/2 cup
Green Chillies - 5
Green peas ( frozen) -1/4 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
Garam masala - 1/2 spoon
Dhaniya powder - 1/2 spoon
Salt - As per Taste
Chopped coriander - 1/4 cup

Temper :


Oil - 5 spoons
cumin, mustard seeds - 1 Spoon

Procedure :


Take 5 spoons of oil in a pan and temper it. Slit green chillies, add ginger garlic paste and onions . Add green peas and allow the mixture to cook it for 3 min.Add brinjals and salt to the mixture.Allow the stuff to cook for 10 min.once the brinjals are cooked, just add garam masala powder, dhaniya powder and stir the mixture well.Finally add chopped coriander leaves to the curry

Tasty Baingan Matar masala is ready to eat.

Gulab Jamun

Wow !! Gulab Jamun Mmmm... Yummy.. The One ball in the whole mouth just melting down..
Mouthwatering Sweet in combination with Vanilla Ice cream.





Ingredients :

MTR Gulab Jamun Packet - 200g
Sugar  - 1/2 kg + 1 small cup
Water - small as Sugar
Elachi Powder - 2 pinch
Oil - Deep frying

Procedure :


To make the Dough, take the content from the packet to a bowl and make dough by adding water little by little. Rest the dough for 10 min. Now mean while for sugar syrup, mix water and sugar add elachi and boil it. The sugar syrup should boil to until the sugar is dissolved in water. Do not over heat, that will caramelize the sugar. Just check that there should be one string between two fingers when you touch.Now make small ball from the dough and fry them. Once the sugar syrup is done put the balls in the syrup and let them coat evenly with the syrup. Close the lid and put them a side for 
1 hour. That's it the wait is over, yummy yummy gulab jamun is ready to serve.

Tomato Bhaji Pulao

Tomato is the most flavor adding vegetable.The taste of the tomato is known when we cook in the correct way. So here comes the simple and easy recipe which takes 15 min to cook.

Ingredients :


Tomatoes - 2 (Chopped)
Onion - 1 (Chopped)
Green chillies - 2
Green Peas -1/2 Cup
Ketchup - 1/2 Cup
Pav Bhaji Masala - 1 tspn
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tspn
Chopped Coriander - 1/2 Cup
Red Chilli powder - 1 tspn
Cooked rice - 1.5 Cup
Salt - 1 tspn
Water -1/2 Cup

Procedure :


Heat 3 spoons of oil in a pan.Add ginger garlic paste and allow it to fry for 10 sec.Add chopped onions and tomatoes.Allow them to cook for 3-4 min.Add ketchup, Pav Bhaji masala, Green peas , Red Chilli powder and water.Cook the mixture for 7-8 min by closing the pan with a lid.Now add cooked rice and salt to the mixture.Stir until the rice is evenly mixed.Finally add the chopped coriander leaves to the pulao.

Yummy Tomato Bhaji Pulao is ready to eat.

Carrot Rice

This is One of the easiest varieties to prepare. Hardly takes 15 min to prepare. So guys lets start.



Ingredients :

Carrot - Grated 1 big cup
Rice Cooked -  1 1/2 cup
Onions  -  1/2 cup
Green Chilies -  4
Whole Garam Masala - 1/2 spoon
Ginger Garlic Paste -  1 spoon
Salt - As per Taste
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 spoon
Oil -  1 Spoon

Procedure :

Take 1 spoon of oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, green chilies, onions, ginger garlic paste and fry them. Now add grated carrot, salt and let it cook. Once it is cooked add Boiled Rice to it and mix well. Now add salt, garam masala powder to it. Mix everything well before closing the lid. Let it rest for 5 min. Now add coriander leaves ( Optional ). Serve Hot with Raita.

Carrot is sweet vegetable, if you add more carrot the more tasty it is. You can overcome its sweetness by adding  green chilies or garam masala powder.

Gunta Ponganalu

This is Famous tiffin in South India. The name suits it because of the pan used for this having hallow holes which is to be filled with batter. So lets have the Ingredients below.




Ingredients :

Urad Dal - 1 cup
Raw Rice - 3 cups
Green Chilies - 4
Bengal Gram -  5 Spoons
Onions -  chopped finely 1/2 cup
Salt -  As per the taste


Temper :

Mustard seeds - 1 spoon
cumin seeds - 1 spoon
Turmeric - optional


Procedure :

Soak Urad Dal and Rice over night. Wash them and make in consistency of Dosa batter. Now take 1/2 cup of batter and mix it with 1 glass of water in a bowl. Now soak the onions, green Chilies, Bengal Gram in this for 6-7 hours. Let the remaining batter also ferment for 6 - 7 Hours.  Next day take 1 spoon of oil in a pan and temper it and add the soaked onions,chilies and bengal gram in that and let it cook for 5 min. Now mix this in the fermented batter and add salt. Now take the Kadai ( Specially , designed for this ) pour 1/2 spoon of oil every portion and pour the prepared batter in each portion equally. close it with lid. let it get cooked one side till light brown and then take the lid and turn every ponganalu to other side and let it get cooked till golden brown. Beetroot Chutney

Beetroot is one of the best and healthiest Vegetable to eat. But most of them have problem in eating it specially kids. So here comes this recipe for those  people who find it difficult in eating it. They can't even find out Beetroot pieces and is easy in making it.



Ingredients :

Beetroot                    - 2 ( cut in small pieces)
Garlic                        - 1 or 2 pods
Tamarind paste         - 1 spoon or 1/2 lemon sized tamarind piece
Coriander Powder    - 1 spoon
Salt                           - As per Taste
Green Chilies           - 3 no's


Temper :

Oil                                  - 2 spoons
Urad dal                        - 1 spoon
cumin, mustard seeds   -  1 Spoon
Asafoetida                     - Pinch
Curry Leaves                -  5-8

Procedure :

Take 5 spoons of oil in a pan and fry the Beetroot till the oil oozes out. Take Beetroot pieces out and let it cool.In the remaining oil, slit the green chilies and fry and keep it aside.
Now in a grinder add Beetroot, green chilies, garlic pod, tamarind paste, coriander powder and salt make a paste. Now take oil in a pan and temper it. Pour the temper in chutney and serve it.
Very healthy vegetable chutney is ready to eat. 
Goes well with Roti or Rice.

Semiya Sweet

On the Eve of  New Year 2015, Here is our first Recipe on our Blog. Hope this helps to the readers.

Semiya Sweet is a Famous Indian Sweet Dish prepared during festivals or any good occasions.


Ingredients :

Bambino Vermicelli      -    1/2 cup
Sugar ( Raw/ White)    -    1/2 cup or bit more depends on one's taste
Milk boiled                    -    3 cups
Elachi                           -    2 grounded
Dry Fruits                     -    As per Your Wish
Ghee                            -    2 spoons


Preparation Time :

Time : 20 Min 
Servings : 4 Members

Procedure :

Boil the milk and put it aside. Heat two spoons of ghee in a pan and roast all the dry fruits, take them and keep aside. In the same pan in the left over ghee roast vermicelli till brown color, now add boiled milk in small amounts and stir it so that no lumps of vermicelli are formed. Add elachi powder and let get boiled till vermicelli is cooked.  Now add the sugar to it and stir . Let it be on stove till 3 min ( more than that milk gets spoiled) take care about this. Finally add dry fruits and switch off the stove.
Can be served if warm or cold.
