Ingredients :
Boiled rice - 1 cupOnions chopped - 2 spoons
Green peas - 2 spoons
Ghopped Carrot - 3 spoons
Chopped Garlic - 3 spoons
Chopped capsicum - 3 spoons (optional)
French beans - 1/4 cup
Salt - As per Taste
Chopped coriander - 1 spoon (optional)
Oil - 4 spoons
Schezwan sause(Ching's schezwan sause) - 1/2 cup
Soya sause - 1 spoon
Procedure :
Heat oil in the pan.Add chopped garlic, vegetables and allow them to cook for 5min.Once the vegetables are cooked add schezwan sause, soya sause and stir the mixture well.Now add boiled rice and salt as per needed.Once the rice is evenly mixed finally add chopped onions and coriander leaves.Yummy schezwan rice is ready to eat.
