Ingredients :
Mix Veg's ( Carrot, Cabbage, Long Beans, Green Peas) - Finely Chopped 1 1/2 cupsGreen Chillies - 4
Onions - 1
Coconut (Grated) - 1 medium size cup
Salt - As per taste
Coriander leaves - some of leaves
Temper :
Cumin and Mustard Seeds - 1 spoonUrad Dal - 1 Spoon
Turmeric - 1/4 Spoon
Procedure :
Take 2 spoons of oil in a pan and temper it. Add Green Chillies, Onions, Turmeric and fry them.Now add vegetables and salt, let them get cooked. Now add coconut, mix it and close the lid for
5 min. Add coriander and switch off the flame.
Serve hot with Rice or Roti
