Ingredients :
Boiled rice - 1 cupMint leaves - 1/2 cup
Green peas - 2 spoons
Green chillies - 3-4
Cashews - 1 spoon.
Salt - As per Taste.
Oil - 4 spoons.
Cloves - 2-3
Cinnamon - 2 (1 inch height)
Chopped Ginger - 1 spoon
Procedure :
Add Mint leaves,2 Green chillies, Ginger in a grinder and make them into a fine paste.Heat oil in the pan.Add cinamons, cloves, green chillies and cashews.Now add the mint paste and cook it for 5min.Add boiled rice and salt as per needed.Finally stir the rice well until the paste is evenly mixed.
Tasty Mint rice is ready to eat.
