Paneer Bhurji

Paneer Bhurji is a delicious and very colorful recipe.There are many amazing recipes that can be prepared with paneer. Paneer Bhurji is prepared with grated paneer and vegetables cooked with onions and spices. This recipe goes well with rotis or even can be used as a stuff while preparing paneer dosa.Let's start preparing this simple and easy recipe !!!!

Ingredients :


Scrambled Paneer - 1 cup
Onion - 1 (cut lengthwise)
Tomato - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
Green chillies - 3
Green peas - 1/4 cup
Salt - As per needed
Garam masala - 3/4 spoon
Red Chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Turmeric - 1/4 spoon
Coriander powder - 1/4 tbsp
Temper :
Oil - 2-3 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 spoon
Cumin seeds - 1/4 spoon

Procedure :


Heat oil in a pan and temper it.Add onions, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, turmeric and cook until the raw smell goes away.Now add tomatoes, green peas and cook until tomatoes become soft.Now add paneer, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder cook it for 5 min.Finally add coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
Tasty Paneer Bhurji is ready to eat.
