Pumpkin Curry

Pumpkin Curry, an easy and quick recipe.Pumpkin is a common vegetable available through out the world.It is rich in anti oxidants and vitamins. This is one of the low calorie vegetable.Even the seeds of pumpkin are an excellent source of fiber and are good for heart.So let's start preparing this healthy and tasty recipe !!!

Ingredients :


Chopped Pumpkin (Yellow) - 1 cup
Onion - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 3/4 tbsp
Red Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
Salt - As per needed
Coriander leaves - 2-3 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp

Procedure : 


Heat oil in a pan.Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, onions, ginger garlic paste and cook until the raw smell goes away.Now add pumpkin pieces and cook until they become soft.Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and stir the mixture well.Finally add chopped coriander leaves.

Tasty Pumpkin Curry is ready to eat.
