Baby Corn Tomato Curry

Baby Corn is of the vegetable which contains very less fat.Baby corn is a rich source of fiber. It also contains  lot of proteins and vitamins.
Consuming such rich source and healthy vegetable is necessary for our body.So let's start with Baby Corn Tomato Curry recipe !!!!

Ingredients :


Baby Corn - 1 cup
Tomatoes - 2
Green chillies - 2
Onion - 1
Green Peas - 1/2 cup
Red Chilli powder - 1 spoon
Dhaniya powder - 1 spoon
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
Salt - As per needed
Sugar - A pinch
Cream - 1 spoon
Coriander leaves - 2 spoons

Temper :

Oil - 2spoons
Mustard seeds - 1/4 spoon
Cumin seeds - 1/4 spoon
Curry leaves - 2-3

Procedure :


Heat the oil in a pan and temper it. Add green chillies, onions, ginger garlic paste, green peas and cook it for 3-4 min.Now add baby corn and close the lid for few minutes until they are cooked. Add tomatoes,  red chilli powder, dhaniya powder and cook until tomatoes become soft.Finally add coriander leaves.

Tasty Baby Corn Tomato Curry is ready to eat.
