Paneer Tikka Masala

Paneer Tikka Masala is a famous spicy gravy in which paneer and veggies are marinated.It tastes heavenly with roti, naan, chapati.So let's start preparing !!!!

Ingredients :


Paneer Cubes - 1 cup
Green bell pepper cubed - 1/2 cup
Tomatoes Cubed - 1/2 cup
Onion cubed and layers separated - 1/2 cup
Chopped onion - 1
Tomato puree - 1cup
Chopped coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Chopped Spring onions - 1 / 4 cup
Fresh Yogurt - 3 spoons (should be thick without any water)
Red chili powder - 1 spoon
Kasuri methi - 1/2 spoon
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
Turmeric - 1/2 spoon
Lemon juice - 1 1/2 spoons
Coriander powder - 1/2 spoon
Cumin powder - 1 / 2 spoon
Garam Masala - 3/4 spoon
Cumin seeds - 1/4 spoon
Salt - As per  taste

Procedure :


Marination :
In a bowl add yogurt, red chilli powder, kasuri methi, salt and lemon juice.
Add paneer, cubed onions, tomatoes, bell peppers and mix well. Check each and every piece should get coated well. In a pan, heat 2 spoons of oil, add the above coated mixture, fry them on both sides and keep them aside.

Heat the oil in a pan.Add cumin seeds, turmeric, onions, ginger garlic paste and cook them for 3-4min.Now add tomato puree, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and cook until the oil oozes out.Now add the 1/2cup of water, salt, garam masala, fried paneer and veggies into the mixture. Cook them for 3-4 min.Finally garnish with chopped coriander and spring onions.

Tasty Paneer Tikka Masala is ready to eat
