Cauliflower Masala is one of the recipe which touches each and every taste bud.This tasty gravy can be served mainly with rotis, naan. Let's start preparing it !!!
Ingredients :
Cauliflower - 1 cup
Chopped onion - 1 (large size)
Tomato puree - 1 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 spoon
Sesame seeds - 2 spoons
Poppy seeds - 2 spoons
Grated coconut - 1spoon
Cashew paste - 1/2 cup (Cashews should be soaked in water for 10 min before grinding)
Green chillies - 3
Red Chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
Garam masala - 3/4 spoon
Kasuri methi - 1/2 spoon
Cumin powder - 1/4 spoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 spoon
Salt - As per needed
Turmeric - 1/4 spoon
Coriander chopped - 1/4 cup
Spring onions - 1 spoon
Cumin seeds - 1/4 spoon
Oil - 4-5 spoons

Garam masala - 3/4 spoon

Coriander powder - 1/2 spoon

Coriander chopped - 1/4 cup
Spring onions - 1 spoon
Cumin seeds - 1/4 spoon
Oil - 4-5 spoons
Procedure :
First of all, fry the sesame seeds and Poppy seeds for 2-3 min. Add these fried seeds, grated coconut, water to grinder and make into fine paste.
Heat the oil in a pan.Add cumin seeds,turmeric, onions, ginger garlic paste and cook it for 3-4 min. Add tomato puree and cook until oil oozes out.Now Add cashew paste, seeds paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, salt and cook it for 7-8 min.Now add cauliflower pieces and cook it for 4-5 min.Finally garnish it with chopped coriander and spring onions.
Tasty Cauliflower Masala is ready to eat.
