Ingredients :
Gram Flour - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Ajwain - 1 spoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 spoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 spoon
Turmeric - 1/4 spoon
Spinach leaves - 1 cup
Salt - As per needed
Oil - As per needed
Procedure :
In a bowl, add gram flour, rice flour, ajwain, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, salt, water and make into semi thick batter.Now add the spinach leaves and mix well until each leaf is coated properly.Finally deep fry the leaves.
Tasty Palak Pakoda is ready to eat.
