Capsicum Besan Masala

Capsicum is one of the vegetable which is available in many attractive colors.Apart from it's eye caching colors, it also helps our body in many ways.This can be used either in salads or in curries. Capsicum Besan Masala is one of the tasty curry which takes very less time to prepare as capsicum is cooked very fast.

Ingredients :

Capsicum chopped - 1 cup
Onion - 1
Dhaniya Powder - 1 spoon
Red Chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 spoon
Salt - As per needed
Besan - 1 spoon
Temper :
Oil - 2spoons
Mustard seeds - 1/4 spoon
Cumin seeds - 1/4 spoon
Dry red chillies -2
Curry leaves - 2-3

Procedure :

Heat the oil in a pan and temper it. Now add onions, ginger garlic paste and cook it for few minutes.Add chopped capsicum and cook it for 5-6 mintues. Capsicum is cooked very fast, so there is no need to keep the lid of a pan while cooking.Now add dhaniya powder, salt, red chilli powder and stir well.Now finally add besan to the cooked mixture and stir until the raw smell of the besan is lost, it hardly takes 2- 3 mintues.
Tasty Capsicum Besan Masala is ready to eat.
