Tomato Aloo Methi

Tomato Aloo Methi is very tasty recipe which can goes well with either roti or rice.Methi is the most flavor adding agent in this recipe.So let's start to prepare! !!

Ingredients :


Fenugreek leaves - 1/2 cup
Tomato - 1
Boiled potato - 1
Salt - As per needed
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Green chillies - 3-4
Onion - 1 (Medium Size)

Temper :
Oil - 2spoons
Mustard seeds - 1/4 spoon
Cumin seeds - 1/4 spoon
Curry leaves - 2-3

Procedure : 


Heat the oil in a pan and temper it. Now add onions, green chillies and let them fry for 3-4 min. Now add Fenugreek leaves and fry until the raw smell is lost.Now add tomatoes and cook till they become soft. Now add boiled potatoes, salt, stir the mixture well and cook it for 4-5 min.Finally add chopped coriander leaves.

Tasty Tomato Aloo Methi is ready to eat.
