Mixed Flour Roti

Mixed Flour Roti, made up of Ragi (Finger Millet), Jowar and wheat flour is a very healthy recipe which absorbs very little amount of oil .The flours, mainly ragi and jowar are rich in proteins and minerals.People who are looking for easy and nutritious food can try this Recipe . Let's start preparing it !!!!

Ingredients :


Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
Ragi (Finger Millet) flour - 1/2 cup
Jowar flour - 1/2 cup
Boiled water - As per needed
Salt - As per needed
Olive oil - 2-3 spoons

Procedure : 


In a bowl, add all the flours, salt and boiled water.Stir the mixture for just 1 min, close the lid and keep it aside for 30min.Later, make small balls and prepare roti on plastic cover  by pressing it with your palm.Very little amount of oil is used to prepare this roti.Pressing the roti with your hand makes it bit uneven.Finally place the roti on tawa and fry it on both sides.

Very healthy Mixed Flour Roti is ready to eat.Serve hot with any chutney.
