Ingredients :
Urad dal - 1/2 cup
Moong dal - 1/4 cup
Rice - 1 spoon
Ghee - 1/4 cup
Powdered sugar - 1/2 (Varies depending on your taste)
Procedure :
Dry roast urad dal, moong dal and rice on medium heat till they turn into golden brown color.Keep it aside and let it cool down.
Now grind urad dal, moong dal, rice into a coarse powder.In a bowl, add the coarse powder, powdered sugar and stir it well.Now heat the ghee, add into the mixture and mix well.Finally check whether you are able to make laddu.If you are not able to make laddu, add some more hot ghee and try again.
Very tasty and yummy 3 - IN - ONE Laddu is ready to eat.
