Lasooni Methi Paneer

We come across many recipes, but taste of some recipes cannot be replaced with any other.Lasooni Methi Paneer is one among them, where we get the taste of garlic, methi and paneer in one dish.
Lasooni Methi Paneer is very easy to prepare and goes well with rotis and naans . Let's start preparing it !!!!

Ingredients :


Paneer cubes - 3/4 cup
Garlic - 10 pods
Onion - 1 (Small size)
Tomato - 1/2 (Medium size)
Green chillies - 2-3
Kasuri methi - 2 spoons
Garam masala - 1/2 spoon
Turmeric - 1/4 spoon
Cumin seeds - 1/4 spoon
Fresh Curd - 1/2 cup
Salt - As per needed
Water - 1/2 cup
Oil - 3 spoons
Butter - 2 spoons

Procedure : 


Heat 1 spoon oil in a pan.Fry paneer cubes until they turn into golden brown color and keep them aside.

Heat oil and butter in a pan.Add cumin seeds, chopped garlic , onions and cook until the raw smell goes away.Add tomatoes, green chillies and cook it for another 2min.Now blend the sauted mixture by adding water if needed.
Heat oil in a pan.Add the blended mixture and cook until the oil oozes out.Add curd, water, garam masala, salt, kasuri methi and cook it for 3-4 min.Finally add fried paneer cubes and cook it for 2-3 min.

Delicious Lasooni Methi Paneer is ready to eat.
