Ingredients :
Milk - 1 Litre
Mixed Dry Fruits - 3 spoons
Cardamom powder - 1/4 spoon
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Corn flour - 1.5 spoons
Kulfi mould - 1
Procedure :
First of all, soak dry fruits (badam, cashew nuts, pista) in warm water for 25min.Later on peel the skin of badam. Grind the dry fruits by adding milk into a fine paste.
In a pan add milk (1 litre) and boil till the level of milk decreases to half (1/2 litre).Once the milk is boiled, add the dry fruits paste and stir well, so that the bottom of the vessel don't burn.Now add cardamom powder, sugar to the milk and mix well.After the sugar is dissolved switch off the stove and add corn flour mixture (dissolve 1.5 spoon of corn flour in water) to it and mix well.Let it cool down.Now pour the mixture into kulfi moulds and freeze them over night.
