Spinach Paratha

Paratha is an Indian Flat Bread which is often made for breakfast or dinner.
There are many varieties of Paratha's and each of them have a unique taste.Spinach Paratha, which looks colorful and tasty to bite . Let's start preparing it !!!

Ingredients :


Wheat flour - 2 cups ( 1.5 Cup for dough and 1/2 cup for dusting)
Spinach chopped - 3/4 cup
Chopped Ginger - 1/2 spoon
Garlic cloves - 3
Chopped chilli - 3
Chopped coriander - 2 spoons
Oil - 3 spoons
Salt - As per needed
Water - As per needed

Procedure :


Add all the ingredients except wheat flour to grinder and make into a smooth paste. Add salt while making a paste.
In a bowl add wheat flour, salt, 2 spoons of oil and mix well.Add spinach paste, water and knead the dough . Remember, the dough should be very soft. Rest the dough for 1 hour.Later start making Paratha's.Heat the oil on tawa. Finally place the paratha and fry it on both sides.
Tasty Spinach Paratha is ready to eat.
Serve hot with Masala Yogurt.
