Gobi Manchurian

Gobi Manchurian is one of the Indo Chinese recipe. This is the famous starter found in any party.Here the deep fried cauliflower is tossed in sweet, spicy and sour sauses. Let's start preparing it !!!!

Ingredients :


Cauliflower - 1 cup
Corn flour - 1/2 cup
All purpose flour - 1/2 cup
Ginger green chilli paste - 1 spoon
Onions chopped - 3 spoons
Ginger chopped - 3 spoons
Garlic chopped - 3 spoons
Tomato sause - 3 spoons
Chilli sause(red/green) - 2 spoons
Soya sause - 3 spoons
Vinegar - 1 spoon
Green chillies chopped - 2-3
Salt - 1/2 spoon
Water - 1/2 cup
Chopped Coriander - 1/4 cup
Spring onions - 1/4 cup

Procedure : 


Make batter with corn flour and all purpose flour.Add salt, ginger green chilli paste to the batter.Dip the cauliflower pieces into the batter and deep fry them.

PREARING SAUSE :
Heat oil in the pan.Add Garlic, Ginger, chopped green chilles. Cook the mixture for 3-4 min.Add vinegar, tomato, Chilli and soya sause.Add water and pinch of salt to the mixture.Now add the fried cauliflower pieces to the above sauce and cook it for 5-6 min.Finally add some chopped onions, coriander leaves and spring onions.

Yummy Cauliflower Manchurian is ready to eat.
