Ingredients :
Rajma - 1 cup
Onion - 1 ( medium size )
Tomato - 2
Green chillies - 2-3
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 spoon
Turmeric - A pinch
Coriander powder - 1/2 spoon
Garam masala - 1/2 spoon
Salt - As per needed
Red Chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
Coriander leaves - 2 spoons
Oil - 2spoons
Procedure :
Soak rajma overnight.Next morning pressure cook them with 3 cups of water by adding salt.Make sure not to over cook rajma and should be as per the image shown.Preserve the drained water from rajma.
In a pan heat oil.Add onions, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, turmeric and saute them for few minutes. Now add coriander powder, garam masala, salt, red chilli powder and mix well.Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.Now add rajma, preserved water and salt if needed.Let it cook for 20 minutes on a medium flame.Finally add coriander and switch off the flame.
Serve hot with rice.
