Tomato Broccoli Chutney

Broccoli is a green plant in Cabbage family and is a good source of Vitamins and minerals.It helps in reducing cholesterol and keeps us healthy.Tomato Broccoli Chutney is one of the delicious and tasty recipe that can be eaten by any age group as Broccoli has enormous health benefits . Let's start preparing it !!!

Ingredients :


Chopped Tomatoes - 1 cup
Chopped Broccoli - 1 cup
Coriander powder - 1 spoon
Garlic clove - 1
Green chillies - 3
Peanuts - 3 spoons
Salt - As per needed

Temper  :
Oil - 3 spoons
Mustard seeds - 1 Spoon
Cumin seeds - 1/2 spoon
Asafoetida - a pinch

Procedure : 


Heat oil in a pan.Add tomatoes, broccoli and cook them for few minutes,  keep them aside.Now again add oil, fry peanuts, green chillies and keep them aside.In a grinder add tomatoes, green chillies, broccoli, peanuts, garlic, coriander powder, salt and grind into a fine paste.Finally temper and add into the chutney.

Very tasty Tomato Broccoli Chutney is ready to serve.

Goes well with rice, roti and dosa.
