Ingredients :
Chana dal - 1 cup
Green chillies - 2
Ginger chopped - 3/4 spoon
Mint chopped - 3/4 cup
Salt - As per needed
Cumin seeds - 1/4 spoon
Oil - As per needed
Procedure :
Soak chana dal for 4 hours.Now in a mixer, add chana dal, green chillies, ginger, salt and grind them coarsely. Make sure not to grind them into a fine paste.Now take a bowl, add coarsely grinded paste, chopped mint, cumin seeds and mix it well.Finally take small portion of the mixture, press them like vada's and deep fry them till they become golden brown color.
Very tasty Mint Vada is ready to eat.Serve it with sause.
